EMOTA is based in Brussels and comprises 23 national associations from 22 countries:
19 from the European Union as it is today (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany (2), Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland,The Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden ) as well as Norway, Russia and Switzerland.
This site gives you information on our trade sector: history, trends, statistical figures, our views about the various European initiatives whith an impact on distance selling, such as the ongoing review of the "consumer acquis", the e-commerce legislation and the liberalisation of postal services.
